Love soap dispenser & customer service

I love the soap dispenser I bought, it’s beautiful. But the customer service is what really makes them stand out - prompt and helpful and kind. I will be a repeat customer. :)

Beautiful AND functional!

I saw this in a restaurant bathroom and loved it so much I went home and ordered four! They are beautiful and functional.

I did not receive a product comparable to the price I paid!

~We ordered three of these BosilunLife Foam Hand Soap Dispensers...two for the bathrooms and one for the kitchen. We ordered them for a couple of reasons. The main reason was reducing the number of plastic soap bottles used, while also using less soap with its foaming feature. The second reason is that these soap dispensers look so nice and clean and blend with almost any decor.
~The two in the bathroom where there is less usage, are working fine. Unfortunately, and to my disappointment, the one in the kitchen, where it gets used quite frequently, is an epic FAIL!!!!!!!! Every time you push down on the pump it squeaks and never pops back up. The push top literally remains in a stuck position forcing you to manually pop it back into position.
I did not receive a product comparable to the price I paid, because now it's inoperable.

***UPDATE: Pleased to say customer service at Bosilunlife reached out for a resolution. It's nice to see when a company listens and values the opinions of its customers.

Good looking and hard to tip soap dispenser

Good soap dispenser and looks stylish and doesn’t tip over as it has some weight to it. Pump is beginning to stick down but still functions. Works with several foaming soap varieties.
