BosilunLife Pockmark Liquid Soap Dispenser Recycled Eco-Clay 12 oz

~We ordered three of these BosilunLife Foam Hand Soap Dispensers...two for the bathrooms and one for the kitchen. We ordered them for a couple of reasons. The main reason was reducing the number of plastic soap bottles used, while also using less soap with its foaming feature. The second reason is that these soap dispensers look so nice and clean and blend with almost any decor.
~The two in the bathroom where there is less usage, are working fine. Unfortunately, and to my disappointment, the one in the kitchen, where it gets used quite frequently, is an epic FAIL!!!!!!!! Every time you push down on the pump it squeaks and never pops back up. The push top literally remains in a stuck position forcing you to manually pop it back into position.
I did not receive a product comparable to the price I paid, because now it's inoperable.

***UPDATE: Pleased to say customer service at Bosilunlife reached out for a resolution. It's nice to see when a company listens and values the opinions of its customers.

Good soap dispenser and looks stylish and doesn’t tip over as it has some weight to it. Pump is beginning to stick down but still functions. Works with several foaming soap varieties.

I am a loyal Bath and Body Work foam soap user. But as the containers got depleted, it would be thrown around everywhere since the container got so light. No longer! Bath and Body Works also came out with larger refills of their most popular scent so we can refill with those instead of purchasing and wasting plastic.

Pumps easily, has not rusted or faded in color, easy to refill, does not jam, and looks great on our counter. Would purchase again!

Great product, nice design, decent pump and easy to use. Removed 1 star due to us having to replace it after my other one cracked after not too much use.

Love the look and functionality of this. I dissolve soap tablets in it for foaming hand soap. Works great and less garbage for Mother Earth!
