At BosilunLife, your satisfaction is our top priority. If an item doesn't meet your expectations or fit your decor, don't worry! You have 30 days to return it. Here's how you can do it.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Reach out to BosilunLife Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order, making sure to include your order number and the reason for return.
2. Our Customer Support team will evaluate your return request promptly.
3. Rather than asking you to ship the item back to us (as we strive to reduce our carbon footprint), we kindly request that you donate the item to a charity of your choosing. If needed, we can suggest a local charity.
After donating the item, please provide us with proof of donation. This can be a donation receipt, confirmation email, or a photograph of the item being donated at the charity location.
Note: The item for return should be in an unused condition, with original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
At BosilunLife, we diligently strive to deliver your order in perfect condition. Given the nature of our products, they may sometimes be subject to potential damage during transit despite our best packaging efforts. However, should any issue arise, we're fully committed to resolving it promptly and efficiently to ensure your satisfaction.
1. If you encounter product defects, transport damage, or if you've received incorrect or missing items, please get in touch with our Customer Support team right away. Make sure you include your order number in your communication
2. For a comprehensive understanding of the issue, we might request a photo or video of the product in question.
3. After our Customer Support team checks your claim, we will inform whether a refund or a replacement is the best solution. We care about your happiness and we will work fast to solve any problems.
WHEN AND HOW ARE REFUNDS ISSUED?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you used a credit or debit card, we'll send the refund to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days after we receive your refund request.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account can vary, as it depends on your bank's policies. If you don't see your refund after 14 business days, we recommend you to contact your bank or credit card company for further information.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible. Be sure to provide your order number and the changes you want to make, and we'll confirm once your request has been processed. Please note, however, that we cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been packed or shipped.
