Foam & Liquid Dispensers
The most common reason a foam dispenser stops producing foam is an incorrect soap-to-water ratio. Foam pumps require a diluted soap mixture — thick, undiluted soap will clog the pump mechanism and produce only a thin liquid stream.
Fix: Empty the bottle completely, rinse it out, then refill with 1 part liquid hand soap + 4–5 parts water (roughly 20% soap, 80% water). Pump several times to prime the foam chamber. Never use undiluted soap, body wash, or lotion in a foam dispenser.
For best foam output, mix 1 part liquid soap to 4–5 parts water (approximately 20% soap, 80% water). This ratio creates the right viscosity for the foam pump mechanism to aerate the liquid into rich foam.
If the foam is too watery, slightly increase the soap ratio. If the pump is hard to press or clogs, reduce the soap ratio and add more water.
Try the following steps to fix this issue:
- Release trapped air: Press the pump head repeatedly to expel air bubbles trapped inside the pump.
- Check the silicone ring: Make sure the silicone ring sits correctly inside the pump groove. A mis-aligned silicone ring leads to poor sealing and a loose fit.
- Lower the fill level: Pour out some soap liquid and fill the bottle only to around 80% capacity. Overfilling creates excess internal pressure that pushes the pump head off.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please send us photos of the pump and silicone ring for further assistance.
A stiff or stuck pump is usually caused by dried soap residue inside the pump tube or spring mechanism. This happens when the dispenser sits unused for a period of time.
Fix: Remove the pump head and soak it in warm water for 10–15 minutes. Then pump warm water through it several times until it moves freely. If the spring is broken, contact us for a replacement pump head.
Wild spraying usually means the pump nozzle is partially blocked or the pump head is not seated correctly. Try these steps:
- Remove the pump head and rinse the nozzle under warm running water.
- Use a toothpick to gently clear any blockage in the nozzle opening.
- Reattach the pump head and ensure it is fully locked (twist clockwise until it clicks).
- Check that the soap mixture is properly diluted — thick soap increases spray pressure.
To unclog a foam soap dispenser pump:
- Remove the pump head from the bottle.
- Submerge the pump tube in a cup of warm water and pump repeatedly until water flows freely.
- For stubborn clogs, soak the entire pump head in warm water for 15–30 minutes.
- Rinse with clean water and pump until clear before reattaching.
Prevention tip: Flush the pump with clean water every 4–6 weeks to prevent soap buildup.
If the dip tube (straw) inside the bottle doesn't reach the bottom, the pump will stop dispensing when the soap level drops below the tube opening — even if soap remains in the bottle.
Solution: Contact our customer support team with your order number and a photo. We will send you a replacement pump with the correct tube length at no charge.
- ❌ Foam-type dispenser: Do NOT use thick lotion, hand cream, or body wash. High viscosity will clog the foaming net.
- ⚠ Liquid-type dispenser: It may work, but extremely thick products can cause pump clogging. We suggest avoiding extra-thick creams.
⚠ Important: Do not use any liquids with particles for both foam-type and liquid-type dispensers, as particles will easily block the pump.
Please clean the pump regularly if you use thick contents. Reach out if you have further issues.
Peeling on rubber-coated or matte-finish ceramic dispensers is typically caused by:
- Prolonged exposure to standing water at the base
- Using harsh chemical cleaners or alcohol-based products
- Placing the dispenser in a dishwasher
To prevent peeling: Wipe the base dry after each use, clean only with a soft damp cloth, and never submerge in water. If your dispenser arrived with peeling or the coating failed within normal use, contact us for a replacement.
We're sorry to hear that! Please do not discard the packaging or item. Take clear photos of the damage and contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Automatic Touchless Dispensers
The pump head on automatic dispensers must be firmly pressed down and twisted to lock before use. If it keeps popping out, the locking mechanism may not be fully engaged.
Fix: Remove the pump, align the tabs correctly, press down firmly, and rotate clockwise until locked. Also avoid lifting the unit by the pump head — always carry it by the base to prevent the pump from detaching.
If your touchless dispenser shows no response after charging, try these steps:
- Ensure the charging cable is fully inserted and the charging port is clean and dry.
- Charge for at least 2–3 hours before first use.
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on.
- Check that the soap level is not empty — the unit will not dispense if the reservoir is dry.
- Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
If none of these steps work, contact our support team — units that fail within the warranty period will be replaced.
A fully charged automatic dispenser typically lasts 30–60 days under normal household use (approximately 20–30 dispenses per day). Battery life varies depending on usage frequency and the viscosity of the soap used.
Tips to extend battery life: Use properly diluted soap, avoid leaving the unit in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, and turn it off when not in use for extended periods.
If the infrared sensor is not detecting hands, try the following:
- Clean the sensor window — wipe the sensor lens with a dry cloth to remove soap residue or water spots.
- Check the detection range — place your hand 1–3 inches (2–8 cm) directly below the nozzle.
- Avoid bright light interference — direct sunlight or strong overhead lighting can interfere with infrared sensors. Move the unit to a shaded area.
- Restart the unit — turn it off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
- Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged — low battery can cause sensor lag.
Automatic dispensing without hand detection ("ghost dispensing") is usually caused by:
- Sensor interference from direct sunlight, bright lights, or reflective surfaces near the unit
- Objects placed too close to the sensor (e.g., a soap dish, toothbrush holder, or wall)
- Soap residue on the sensor lens triggering false readings
Fix: Move the dispenser away from windows and reflective surfaces, ensure at least 6 inches of clear space in front of the sensor, and clean the sensor lens with a dry cloth.

- Red light flashes for 5 seconds: This indicates the battery is low. Please charge the dispenser immediately (5V⌒1A charger), and the blue light will flash during charging.
- Red light flashes continuously: This indicates the induction area is blocked by foreign objects (water stains, soap residue, etc.). Please turn off the dispenser first, wipe the induction area with a dry soft cloth, then turn it on again.
- Blue light flashes twice when pressing the switch: This is normal, indicating the dispenser is turned on and enters standby mode.
- Red light flashes twice when pressing the switch: This is normal, indicating the dispenser is turned off.

Mugs, Dishes & Tableware
Bar soap becomes mushy when it sits in standing water. Our ceramic soap dishes are designed with a raised ridge or drainage groove to elevate the soap and allow water to drain away. Make sure the soap is resting on the ridges and not sitting flat in pooled water.
For best results, choose a bar soap with a firmer formula, and periodically empty any water that collects in the dish.
Our ceramic products are handcrafted and kiln-fired, which means natural color variation is an inherent characteristic of the material — not a defect. Slight differences in glaze tone, texture, or shade between pieces and product photos are normal and expected.
Additionally, screen color calibration varies between devices, which can affect how colors appear online. If the color difference is significant or the item appears clearly wrong, please contact us with photos.
This is caused by thermal expansion — hot liquid heats the air inside the mug, creating pressure that lifts the lid. This is a known behavior with sealed ceramic lids.
Tips: Leave a small gap when filling (don't fill to the very top), or place the lid on after the drink has cooled slightly. If the lid does not fit snugly at room temperature, contact us — it may be a sizing issue we can resolve.
Minor rim irregularities and surface variations are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered manufacturing defects. Each piece is individually thrown or molded and fired, resulting in slight uniqueness.
However, if the rim has sharp edges, significant chips, or cracks that affect usability or safety, please contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
If the handle broke during normal use (not from dropping), this may indicate a manufacturing defect and is covered under our warranty. Please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the damage within 30 days of receiving the item.
If the item was dropped or subjected to impact, we unfortunately cannot cover accidental damage, but we can offer a discounted replacement part.
If your set arrived missing a lid, please contact our support team with your order number and we will ship the missing piece at no charge.
If you need a replacement lid due to accidental breakage, contact us — we carry replacement lids for most of our mug and bowl sets and can advise on availability and pricing.
Ceramic bottles and dishes are dishwasher-safe on the top rack (gentle cycle). However, pump heads, lids with rubber seals, and rubber-coated items should never go in the dishwasher — the heat and detergent will damage the plastic components and cause the coating to peel.
For best longevity, we recommend hand-washing all items with mild soap and a soft cloth.
Product dimensions and capacity are listed on each product's page under the "Product Details" or "Specifications" section. If you cannot find the information you need, contact our support team with the product name and we'll provide the exact measurements.
Care, Cleaning & Maintenance
To clean a soap dispenser pump head:
- Remove the pump head from the bottle.
- Hold the pump tube under warm running water and pump repeatedly until the water runs clear.
- For a deeper clean, fill a cup with warm water and pump the entire cup through the mechanism.
- Wipe the exterior of the pump with a damp cloth.
- Allow to air dry before reattaching.
Clean the pump every 4–6 weeks to prevent soap buildup and clogging.
For coated ceramic dispensers, use only:
- A soft damp cloth with mild dish soap
- Water for rinsing
Avoid: Alcohol-based cleaners, bleach, abrasive scrubbers, hand sanitizer, acetone, or any harsh chemical cleaners. These will corrode the pump mechanism and strip the ceramic coating over time.
To keep your matte rubber-coated dispenser looking its best:
- Wipe the base dry after each use — standing water is the #1 cause of peeling
- Clean with a soft damp cloth only — no chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges
- Never put in the dishwasher
- Avoid placing on surfaces that trap moisture (e.g., wet bath mats)
- Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods
If storing your dispenser for an extended period:
- Empty the bottle completely — do not leave soap sitting in the bottle for weeks, as it can dry out and clog the pump.
- Flush the pump with clean water until it runs clear.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before storing.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the pump head attached loosely (not locked) to prevent the spring from compressing permanently.
